Findlight Productions is a privately held company comprised of several experienced directors/producers/executives whose objective is to take advantage of an existing national network of producers in order to further develop and expand its production, acquisition and sales of motion pictures.

Findlight Productions is seeking capital to fund the motion picture productions of a number of projects we current have in development; and proposes to secure all its monies from venture capitalists and active or accredited private investors. The investment method will be through Findlight Productions membership purchase or traditional investment through investor preference. Investors contributing 50% of the budget will receive an "Executive Producer" credit in the final film. Distribution of profits (in order): (a) Investors receive back their initial investment, (b) Investors receive 15% interest on their investment, (c) Investors receive 50%, alliance/partner 15% and Findlight Productions 35%.
